South Sudan suffers defeat in CECAFAU-15 Championship

Uganda beat South Sudan 3-0 in the Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) U-15 Championship in Njeru, Uganda, yesterday.
The Bright Stars staged a convincing display in the first half, keeping away the fearsome attack of the Uganda Cranes but remaining toothless as well.
However, this hard work was watered down by an atrocious display in the second half of the game.
The game came after South Sudan played a 1-1 draw with Ethiopia on Saturday.
The starting 11 comprised Daniel Lombe, Ismail Mansuk, Samuel Kuro, Felix Obama, Ajo Lomoro, Lazarus Domiano, Rwothomio Odong, Anur Loburo, Emmanuel Seberino, and Rewde Ngoan.
Substitutes: Jordan Majak, Emmanuel Eyi, Daniel Garang, David Amule, Sebit Hoth, Marko Musa, David
Biel, Victor Elizaya, and Said Kwongo.
South Sudan is playing in Group A alongside Uganda, Ethiopia, and Djibouti.
Group B: Tanzania, Zanzibar, Somalia, and Rwanda.
The aim of this particular match is to prepare the youngsters ahead of the AFCON U-17 Zonal qualifiers
next year.
